Processing & Fees

Orders are prepared within 2–4 business days. During holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.

A flat $5.99 shipping fee applies to each order.

Estimated Delivery

• United States: 10–15 business days
• Canada, UK and Australia: 11–16 business days
• Other regions: 15–20 business days

Delivery estimates may vary due to carriers, customs, weather, or product size.

Tracking

Tracking details will be emailed after shipment. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear.

International Charges

International orders may be subject to local duties or taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Changes & Cancellations

Email service@inxyect.com within 12 hours of ordering. Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.

Lost or Damaged Orders

Report damaged items with photos within 72 hours of delivery. Carrier-confirmed lost packages qualify for a free replacement.
